Another example, if you’re targeting people who are technology freaks, it is better to connect with them through posting a video or writing a post, rather than printing ads.
So, in this case, you must use inbound marketing.
So yes, in my opinion, you should consider both techniques.

If you target depends on the traditional ways, then the outbound is your choice.
